How Do I Keep Track of Everyone I Meet?

Connections on LinkedIn, numbers on WhatsApp, hundreds of emails every day. I built DRAKI to keep the people I meet and the context around them in one place.

Draki sits in the center, looking down at a glass globe held in both paws, with two people sharing coffee inside, against a uniform pink background.

Keeping track of everyone you meet is a huge problem, especially for founders and people in sales. You travel, go to events, meet people over lunch, and leave with their contact details scattered everywhere. Sometimes you have an email, sometimes a phone number, sometimes a LinkedIn connection. And when you need to find someone, you never know where to look.

You can spend 10 or 15 minutes searching, if you’re lucky. Then, once you find them, you have another problem: what exactly did you talk about? What does their company do? Were they looking for something you could help with? You want to reach out properly, but you’re trying to reconstruct a conversation from three weeks ago.

I realised how common this was. And as someone who works in sales, I know the frustration. That’s why I built DRAKI.

A personal CRM without the manual data entry

With DRAKI, you scan someone’s LinkedIn QR code, or they scan yours. You get their name, role, company, a description of what the company does, and where and when you met. No sitting down after an event to type everything into a spreadsheet.

When you record the conversation, you also get a short recap. What they’re working on, what they’re interested in, and the details that might matter when you speak again. Because remembering that someone is a founder is useful. Remembering that they’re hiring their first designer gives you something to follow up on.

And you don’t always need a name to find someone. Maybe you remember meeting a person who works with restaurants. Or you need a lawyer and want to see who you already know. You can start with the information you remember, or the kind of person you need.

Ask the AI you already use

We’ve also built an MCP integration so you can bring this context into compatible AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and Gemini. You can ask questions about your network in the AI you already use every day.

“Who did I meet yesterday, and who should I follow up with?”

“Who was building that app for restaurants?”

“Which lawyers have I met?”

For the salespeople here, I’m one of you: this is the part I’m particularly excited about. At the end of the day, you can ask your AI to help with follow-ups using what was actually discussed. If it’s also connected to your CRM through MCP, with permission to create or update contacts, you can ask it to put those leads there too. HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio: it depends on the connector you have set up.

You’ve already spent the day meeting people. You shouldn’t have to spend the evening remembering who was who.

Enjoy DRAKI, your AI personal CRM ;)
