Email darijanduci@gmail.com for account, recording, connection or privacy help. For a technical issue, include your app version, what happened and roughly when. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or access tokens. You do not need to attach private recordings or transcripts to ask for help.
Recording and transcription
You can record offline after accepting cloud processing. Keep the app available on Wi-Fi so pending audio can upload and results can download. Audio uploads do not use cellular data in the current public app; other account and text features can. A pending transcript does not mean the audio has been lost. If processing fails, keep the recording and contact us before deleting or reinstalling the app.
The permission covers OpenAI transcription and text processing for your account on this installation. Cancel the prompt if you do not want to use it. To withdraw permission after accepting, contact us; an in-app revocation switch is not yet available. Stopping a recording does not cancel parts already uploaded or queued for processing.
Connect or disconnect your AI
Draki currently connects through manual MCP setup in compatible clients. An officially listed plugin or connector for ChatGPT or Claude is not available yet. Open Profile → Connect with your AI in Draki for setup instructions, or use the web setup guide. Add Draki in your client's custom MCP settings, then sign in to Draki and approve read access. Availability depends on the client's support, your plan and workspace settings. Copying the server address alone does not grant access to an account.
To stop future access, open Profile → Connect with your AI in Draki and disconnect the relevant connection. Also remove its configuration in your client's settings. Revocation does not delete results already received by the client or its AI provider; use their data controls or contact their support teams for those copies. Contact us if you cannot find or revoke a connection.
Access, correct or delete your data
Email us from your Draki account address with the subject Draki data request. Tell us whether you want a copy, a correction, specific content removed, a voice profile removed, or your whole account deleted. If you cannot access that email, tell us so we can arrange another way to verify your request.
Full account deletion is currently handled manually. We confirm what the request covers, verify your identity where needed, explain the expected timing and confirm completion. Applicable legal exceptions and backup expiry can affect when every copy is removed. Signing out or deleting the app is not an account deletion request.
The public iOS app sends new recordings through Draki's server to OpenAI for transcription after your permission; text and context are stored in your Draki account. You can swipe a stopped conversation in Transcripts and choose Delete. If offline, deletion from the server waits for a connection; saved contacts remain. We can help with local information, cloud-stored content and retained data from earlier test versions. Copies already received through MCP are also subject to the connected client's and AI provider's policies. See our Privacy Policy for these separate data flows and retention details.
If a recording or profile contains your information but you do not use Draki, you can still contact us. Share only enough context to explain the request. We may need more details or verification and will not disclose another person's private account information.
Manage recording and location
Change microphone and location permissions in iOS Settings. In Draki, Profile → Permissions lets you turn off Remember my places or clear its saved history. Turning it off stops new collection but keeps existing history. Clearing place history does not erase locations already attached to conversations. If you shared that context with an assistant, include those copies in a deletion request and use your assistant's data controls for information it has already received.
Report a security concern
Use the same email with the subject Draki security. Explain what you observed without including anyone else's private content or attempting to access more data. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain how Draki handles information and the rules for using the service.
